How to check in at an event

Follow these steps when you arrive. It takes less than a minute.

Every check-in helps build a stronger, more connected Bonfire community.

Small action, real signal. You show up, we grow together.

  1. Step 1

    Login or create account

    Sign in first. If you are new, create your account and continue.

    Open account page

    Go to your account page where your check-in tools are available.

    Click Check-in

    Open your check-in pass to display your personal QR code.

  4. Step 4

    Ask crew to scan it

    Show the QR code to crew at the event entrance and let them scan it.

  5. Step 5

    Be part of community

    Your check-ins are shown on your profile when it is public.

Why it matters

When people check in, we can better understand attendance, improve planning, and celebrate the people who consistently show up for each other.
