Guild subscription guide

What each tier includes, where billing is handled, and what to do if access details lag behind.

Guild membership lives in Bonfire, but billing and plan management run through Stripe.

That split keeps payments and subscription changes in one place while Bonfire syncs access back to your account.

Guild tiers

Scout

The entry tier for members who want the Guild badge, member-only channels, and early heads-up on what Bonfire is doing next.

Explorer

Adds early access to recordings, voting on future topics, and more behind-the-scenes context around what the crew is building.

Trailblazer

The highest tier for people who want the closest loop with Bonfire, including planning-call context, topic input, and early looks at new ideas.

Billing and management

  1. 1You choose a Guild tier inside Bonfire, then continue to Stripe to complete checkout.
  2. 2Payment methods, cancellations, renewals, and plan changes are managed in Stripe even after the subscription is active.
  3. 3When you open “Manage in Stripe” from your account, you are leaving Bonfire on purpose to handle subscription changes there.

If account details look behind

  1. Most updates sync automatically after checkout or a billing change in Stripe.
  2. If your Guild tier or access details do not update right away, go to your account page and use the “Refresh membership” button.
  3. That refresh is the right first step after checkout, plan changes, or cancellations if the app still shows older subscription data.

When to contact support

If Stripe shows the right subscription state and Bonfire still does not reflect it after using the refresh button, contact hello+support@bnf.events.
